Tara Capital is focused on acquiring and repositioning underperforming B and C-class multifamily assets. With over $100 million of assets under management, Tara Capital repositions acquired assets through a value-add business plan and our best in class property management.

Tara Capital and its affiliates currently own and manage more than $100 million in multifamily real estate investments. Tara Capital has successfully acquired, renovated and managed over 1,100 apartment units since 2018.
We are actively expanding our portfolio by acquiring value-add multifamily in Greater Houston.
Our in-house management company, Krishna Management, allows us to rapidly streamline operations post-acquisition, which results in increased occupancy, increased rent collections, and lower operational costs.
This vertically integrated approach results in both higher returns for our investors, as well as a higher standard of living for our tenants.
