Tara Capital and its affiliates currently own and manage more than $50 million in real estate investments. Tara Capital has successfully acquired, renovated and managed over 500 apartment units since 2018.
We are actively expanding our portfolio by acquiring new units around the Greater Houston Area.
Our in-house management company, Krishna Management, allows us to rapidly streamline operations post-acquisition, which results in increased occupancy, increased rent collections, and lower operational costs.
